Based in Osaka Japan, Osaka Electro Communications University is a private specialist technology university. OECU has been using a Japanese version of Netaca since 2004.

Osaka Electro Communications University is the lead university for a project in collaboration technology that involves a cluster of some 200 private universities in Japan.

KoComm Ltd (2003-2004) - Technocatz

Technocatz has licensed Netaca to enhance thier turn key training solutions with communication and collaboration workspaces. With over 200 community sites, 7 tertiary partners and more than 250 personal throughout New Zealand Technocatz has become one of New Zealand's leading sources of flexible educational solutions. WebSol Ltd managing directors are also directors of KoComm Ltd.

International Travel College of New Zealand (2004)

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, the International Travel College is a highly accredited specialist Travel training college that provides diploma, and professional development programs for students and travel professionals throughout New Zealand and internationally. ITC uses Netaca for a mixed mode delivery of their NZQA approved programmes.

ITC won the New Zealand Tourism Awards for best service provider in 2004.

Te Whare Wananga (University) o Awanuiarangi (2003-2004)
eWananga
www.ewananga.ac.nz provides a range of tertiary level educational courses in both Maori and English.

Te Whare Wananga o Awanuiarangi uses the Maori Language version of Netaca as the platform for delivery of their mixed mode and online programmes at multiple campuses in the North Island.

Wellington College of Education (2001-2004) & Victoria University School of Education (2004)

Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Wellington College of Education is a specialist teacher training college that provides undergraduate, post-graduate, diploma, and professional development programs for students and teachers throughout New Zealand and internationally. WCE uses Netaca as the platform for their online programmes.

Anglican Church Worldwide (2004)

The IT steering committee of the Anglican church world wide has licensed a customised version of Netaca with integrated point to point video conferencing tools to facilitate communication and collaboration between the members of the committee. The IT steering committee members are based in different locations around the world.

Stanford University AARTI, (2003)

Netaca was implemented as the infrastructure for collaboration and communication between the research groups of the Archimedes Access Research and Technology International organisation. AARTI partners with a number of research centres worldwide including: Stanford University (USA), Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand), Ritsumeikan University (Japan), Trinity College (Ireland), Japanese company KDDI and Silicon Recognition (France).

Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (2002-2004)

The Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM) is an organisation with over 5000 members in 54 countries. They produce two refereed journals and provide a forum for educational issues.

CCEAM licensed a customised version of Netaca to facilitate communication and collaboration between the members of the committee.
